Gel or Acrylic?
Neither, we use Dip Powder Only. Gel polish can crack after awhile and due to health reasons, we're unable to work with acrylic. Dip Powder hardens and has the durability just like acrylic.

Do you do Customize Sets?
We can! Email us at orders@virtuouslybeautifuldesigns.org

Can I apply these with Builder Gel?
Yes! We also provide glue in all packages.

Shipping

Once order is processed and shipped, US Shipping usually takes 3-4 business days, international shipping will vary.

 Once your royal orders are ready to ship, they will be updated with a tracking number. 

Virtuously Beautiful Designs, LLC., is not responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages.

At any time you can upgrade your shipping request to add signature to your order (someone must be home to sign for package) but it is not required. 

Once shipped, customers should contact USPS about shipping information. 

Paying for fast shipping at checkout has no effect on processing time.

Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply.

Sizing

Sizing Kits are essential to insuring your royal set fits.
1. Select the set(s) you love and select Sizing Kit.
2. We will send your sizing kit out FIRST.

After you size your nails, email us at orders@virtuouslybeautifuldesigns.org with your order number and your nail sizes!

Please make sure you follow the format below, always starting with your thumb and ending with your pinky. 

Ex.

Thumb - 0

Pointer - 3

Middle - 2

Index - 3

Pinky - 8

What are General Sizes?

General Sizes are a generic nail sizing method press on nail companies use to determine sizes of small, medium and large nail sets.

Our general sizes are:

• Small sizes: 2.5.4.6.9

• Medium sizes: 1.5.4.6.8

• Large sizes: 0.4.3.5.7

Virtuously Beautiful Designs, LLC. uses this sizing method to make ready to ship orders. 

We also use this method if you do not purchase the sizing kit.

General Sizes vary from one business to another.

We cannot guarantee your nails will fit theses sizes and it is why we recommend purchasing a sizing kit.

 

Wrong Size, can I return or exchange?
Unfortunately, due the nature of our product(s), we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.

You must be sure of your size before you order.

Two of my fingers are the same size, is that right?
Yes, it is normal for multiple fingers to be the same size. 

I have wide nail beds, will these fit me?
It is recommended that you purchase a sizing kit to be sure our nails will fit you.

I'm in-between sizes. What should I do?
We'd recommend you going up on sizing.

 You can always cut and shape nails if they are a little big you cannot add to a nail that is to small.
